I am an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher running weekly Menopause Yoga classes in Glasgow Southside.

These classes can help with common menopause symptoms such as rage and irritability, anxiety/overwhelm, hot flushes, insomnia, fatigue and low mood. We also look at pelvic floor health and building bone strength as well as learning techniques to soothe the nervous system.

Join a lovely group of women in a safe and supportive space to stretch and strengthen but also rest and replenish. Learn facts about HRT, nutrition, natural remedies and supplements as well as breathing exercises to help manage your symptoms.

Classes are suitable for ANY level of yoga experience, from complete beginner to the more experienced. Also suitable for all women from peri-menopause through to post-menopause.

Monday 10-11:30 am @ The Wee Retreat, G42 8UQ

Menopause Yoga has been created after many years of research by the incredibly experienced yoga teacher Petra Coveney (member of the British Menopause Society). Her Menopause Yoga Teacher Training programme has been accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and Yoga Alliance (YA). Menopause Yoga has been developed with the support of Dr Louise Newson who is one of the UK's leading menopause experts.
