Festive craft fair at Eastwood House

Eastwood House gets set to host a top notch Craft Fair weekend on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December from 10am – 5pm on both days

Harry Douthwaite, Best of Scotland Craft Fair Organiser explains, “Quality and handmade craftsmanship are the key benchmarks for Best of Scotland Craft Fairs. We only attend prestige venues throughout Scotland where members can, at a reasonable cost, showcase their skills and sell their original handmade work to the public.”

Elite Crafters from across Scotland will be in attendance at this two day event including local girl Shona McCree from The Magical Cake Company who will not only be selling her fabulous products on the day, she will also be taking orders for her delicious Christmas Cakes.

“Our focus has always been to promote events at prestige venues and Eastwood House fits the bill perfectly. It is therefore fitting that this event will feature the best groups of Crafter's ever assembled at a single event. Most of the crafters will be taking private commissions and bespoke design requests. Our mission is to preserve the art of Crafting in Scotland and assist in the development of the craft industry in Scotland with no bought in items whatsoever - all goods are guaranteed handmade.”

Harry adds, “We are really excited about our Christmas Craft Fair at Eastwood House and thank the Events Team at East Renfrewshire Council for their ongoing support in helping promote this unique event. Best of Scotland Craft Fair is currently going from strength to strength and our members are having great success all over Scotland.”

The Best of Scotland Craft Fairs is a non-profit making Craft Community Initiative.
