Eastwood High Sports Centre in Newton Mearns has introduced a new buggy-friendly Body Pump class on Sunday mornings, offering the chance to work out and bring your little one with you. A brand new outdoor bootcamp session on Saturday mornings will also now join Eastwood High Sports Centre's vast range of classes, while participants can make a splash with a new Aqua Fit class lined up on a Tuesday evening.
Neilston Leisure Centre will bring a brand new FloatFit Balance class on a Monday evening, as well as a new Aqua Fit class on Wednesday at 6.15pm. Further classes have also been added to Eastwood Park Leisure, with the addition of FloatFit Balance on Thursdays and a new Friday morning Pilates class at Clarkston Hall.
Kenny McDonnell from East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure said: “We're adding to our fitness classes across East Renfrewshire and encourage everyone to come along and join in at our indoor and outdoor sessions, which offer a fantastic way to get fit and stay motivated in a supportive environment.
“Regular fitness classes have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing, physically and mentally, and our fitness instructors are there to support you every step of the way.”
Classes are available as part of East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure membership or on a Pay as You Go basis.
