Build self awareness & discover how mindfulness can help you break free from mindless & emotional eating.
Our lives have been turned upside down due to COVID-19, and many of us are struggling to manage our eating effectively. We may find ourselves standing peering into the refrigerator or cupboard (again), craving comfort foods, and reaching to food (and alcohol) more than usual to cope with the stress, boredom, and uncertainty we are all facing on a daily basis. And there's nothing wrong with that! It is a normal, totally understandable, response.
However, if the pattern of overeating then dieting has been an ongoing struggle for you, this is a wonderful opportunity to finally heal your relationship with food.
The first step to changing the way you eat and relate to food is awareness. In this free webinar I hope to help increase your self-awareness by sharing a valuable tool that will help you:
• recognise and better understand how you make conscious or subconscious decisions about eating, and
• discover possible steps you can take to become more mindful about your eating choices and decisions.
Many people have the mistaken belief that their problems with food are caused by what and how much they eat. Those are important but they only tell part of the story. In fact, what you eat and how much you eat are strongly affected by WHY you’re eating in the first place.
Mindfulness is a powerful tool for developing a healthier, happier relationship with food.
