Mondays 1.30pm - 2.30pm at Mearns Kirk.
Wednesdays 1.30pm - 2.30pm at 121st Glasgow (Clarkston) Scout Hall.
Thursdays 7.30pm - 9pm at Newton Mearns Parish Church.
Empowering, Mindful, Fun, Flowing – gentle yet deep, flowing sequences to move the body, releasing tension physically mentally and emotionally.
Practices to improve the health and flexibility of the spine, joints are relaxed and soft.
Uplifting – allows a balancing of the emotions, encouraging a sense of wellbeing
Mindful – moments of connection to the deeper aspects of the self through movement, balancing the chakras and opening to the powerful energy of the heart
Community – fun, relaxed wellbeing
Classical yoga postures, flowing sequences, positive affirmations, breathwork, visualisation, deep rest and relaxation, meditation.
