Mantras Decoded - Develop Your Spiritual Journey With Mantras, is a 2 day (2hrs each day) workshop led by senior Art of Living teacher of meditation, yoga and mantras Swami Purnachaitanya.
In this workshop you will explore how the vedic tradition of mantras and Sanskrit chanting can further develop your spiritual journey.
You will learn the mantras from an experiential and theoretical level and better understand their real power as well as how to imbibe them in your life to cultivate inner and outer transformation.
Mantras Decoded workshop will include:
- A look at Mantras' place within the Vedic tradition
- A toolkit of key Mantras to help transform your life
- The secrets behind these Mantras
- An understanding of the link between Mantras, Ayurveda and Astrology

Swami Purnachaitanya is Regional Director, Art of Living (Africa region). He studied Indology with a specialisation in Sanksrit at university level before becoming a disciple of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and dedicating his life to Art of Living's good causes.
