About Guided Trail Run: Fereneze Hills 8K
Women-only evening trail run for runners who are building their confidence off road, want to explore the trails somewhere new, and meet other runners.
The Fereneze Hills are a hidden gem on the edge of the suburbs with lots of wild flowers, trees, a waterfall and great trails. After an initial walk up to the hills, we'll stay up high to get views of the city and the hills to the north, before a fun descent back to the start.
We'll run at a social pace so that no one gets left behind, with lots of breaks to catch our breath and chat.
This guided run is for those who are new to trail running or running off road but can already run 8km at a relaxed pace (on roads).
The run will be led by experienced and qualified guide Gaby Macbeth of Skylark Guiding Ltd who will look after route finding and the safety of the group.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
