About Beginners Krav Maga Class

Beginners Krav Maga Class - from 10/01/2023 on Tuesdays evenings!

Location: Energie Fitness Glasgow South (gym membership not required)
Time: Tuesdays, 7.30 - 8.30 pm

The Krav Maga Beginners Classes will focus on teaching awareness, prevention, and defense techniques against the most common types of attacks. You'll learn the basics of Krav Maga, the world's most effective self-defense system. All techniques are modular and suitable to all ages and abilities. No previous experience is necessary!

Learning Krav Maga is not only about preventing attacks! It is also a life-changing experience that will stay with you forever and empower you in everyday life!

You’ll meet our friendly instructors, get to meet some new friends all while getting a great workout and having fun!

Ages 16-17 are welcome with an accompanying adult.
We also have teens and kids classes.
