Dru Yoga - a flowing yet powerful style of yoga suitable for all, for the absolute beginner to the advanced yogi, working deeply through the layers (koshas) of the self, with gentle yet dynamic movements and traditional postures.
Yoga Nidra - rest deeply during this yogic sleep, a long, deep relaxation for absolute rest of the physical body, a sensing of the energy body, resting deeply in theta - the brain wave level for deep healing.
Pranayama - control of the breath, of the vital life force - moving the breath through the body can assist in clearing energy blockages within the body freeing energy for use, oxygenating and balancing the nervous system increasing the wellbeing of body and mind.
Meditation - techniques to settle the chatty monkey mind, to assist the body to be still, to let go of the outer stimulus, exploring deeper states of consciousness, resting in the blissful stillness within.
Mantra - enjoy the rhythmic, hypnotic reverberation of ancient Sanskrit mantra, using the human voice to connect to the energies of the mantra, entering deeper states of awareness and easing into a relaxed state of meditation.
Gong bath - immerse in the soft, gentle ripples of sound and vibration, relaxing more and more deeply, drifting through the levels of the mind.. the daydream creative alpha brain wave state, flowing ever deeper, fully relaxed, settling into theta for deep healing and rest.
