Materials and content are based on the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg and the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome to every session.
You will get worksheets to guide your journaling around what is really happening for you in a conflict/during a difficult conversation;
You get to talk it through in pairs and in a safe space to enhance growth, authenticity and embodied self-expression;
You will get a clear formula to use in any conflict situation;
Q&A to help you see best if NVC can help in your specific situation;
A practical experience of trauma-informed approach for change and development in your communications.
The Empathy Café is an educational space for learning empathic skills of communication. Its therapeutic effect is not the main purpose of it.
