About Wellbeing Chill
Meditation to calm and settle, to experience the stillness within
Rest with the sounds and vibrations of the Gong releasing the daily stressors, allowing the potentials of opening to transcendent experiences, of reconnection to the spiritual aspects of the Self for deep healing.
Breathwork to connect through the layers of our being with complete awareness, fully present in the here and now
Mindful Movement, move the body, the incredible vehicle we have been given to allow the human experience, gentle, flowing, mindful movements
Relax the physical body to rest and repair, experience the energy body to deeply relax
Join us for this peaceful, chilled-out afternoon of Wellbeing
Places are limited, no experience is necessary, Early Bird tickets are available
