Celebrate the radiant light within you as we honor the energy of the season in our calming surroundings on the farm.

Refresh your spirit with an optional cold water dip and celebrate the art of letting go.

Enjoy a reflective wander through the fields after lunch.

Closing the day with some restorative yoga and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling calm and reconnected with yourself and nature.
