What is Essentrics? It is full-body functional fitness technique. Its purpose is to stretch, strengthen & rebalance the full muscular structure while lubricating the connective tissue, leaving you more flexible & agile. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Essentrics® is a great complement to any activity or sport, good for relieving tension, managing stress & improving wellbeing.

Joanne is the only qualified instructor Scotland.
