About Tree Planting at Whitecart Walkway
Join us to plant native 750 native trees along the Whitecart Walkway. These will prodominantly be oak trees, to replace recent felled ash trees that were suffering from ash dieback.
This is part of a project in partnership with East Renfrewshire Council to plant 10,000 trees across the council district by the end of March 2025.
Tools and training will be provided. No experience required!
Bring warm, waterproof clothes and sturdy footwear.
Please bring your own lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
Meet at the car park on Linnpark Avenue, next to Netherlee Park.
