A free community run club for mums of all ages and stages.
No running experience required.
Bring the baby/toddlers in a buggy or come alone, enjoy a chat with other mums, have a laugh and a giggle.
Improve both your physical and mental health every Monday morning. Let’s all help each other - mums supporting mums.
