Whether you are new to Yoga or a skilled Yoga enthusiast, join us for the day (or attend as many sessions of your choice) of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as we celebrate the transformative power of Yoga! The sessions will be guided by certified and reputed Yoga instructors. There are also separate dedicated sessions for the Seniors and the Kids.
This global event, recognized by the United Nations and endorsed by Consulate General of India, promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Theme: Yoga for One Earth, One Health
Please check the instructions on the registration page and carefully select the sessions of your choice.
There are limited spaces. So please book early!
Instructions:
* You can pre-register for one or as many sessions as you may like. There are limited places available for each session due to health and safety reasons. Please make sure you enter your correct email to receive any update about your booked session(s).
* Arrive sharp on time. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and positive energy for a rejuvenating experience. Wear comfortable active-wear for the Yoga sessions.
* Vegetarian (Sattvik) refreshments and drinks from stalls will be available for purchase during the event. Card payments will be preferred.
* Recommended age to attend most sessions is 12 years and above. For Kids Yoga the recommended age is 7 years to 12 Years.
* You may bring your own packed lunch or snacks. However be mindful, only vegetarian food or drinks are permitted in the Temple premises.
* Registration and Charity Donation is non-transferable and non-refundable
