For the beginner it will provide a good understanding of the process of meditation.
For those with experience it will provide tools and techniques to build on or re-establish a regular practice.
We will explore varied techniques, modern, scientific and ancient knowledge to assist in settling the body and mind to open to the quiet place within.
We will:
• Look at ways to sit comfortably for meditation
• Use techniques to assist in quietening the chatty mind
• Concentration practices helping with focus
• Focus on breathwork to slow and calm
• Practices to deepen the experience of meditation
• Deeply relax
• Meditation - we build a toolkit
• Grounding practice to balance body, mind, soul
No experience is necessary
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
