Join Sandra O’Neill and June Meagher for this one day All About You Retreat offering you yoga, TCM Body Clock & Yoga Nidra meditation, breathwork and sound bath. Finish off the day with some gentle chants to set you on your way.
Seasonal Flow: Yoga, TCM Body Clock & Yoga Nidra Meditation
Align with Nature. Harmonize Your Energy. Deepen Your Rest.
During these sessions, you will:
• Discover the rhythms of the TCM Body Clock – learn how each hour of your day is connected to an organ, emotion, and energy.
• Move through a seasonally-aligned yoga flow, designed to balance the organs and elements most active in this time of year.
• Be guided into a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation, for deep relaxation, repair and renewal.
• Relax and enjoy a sound bath using gongs, singing bowls, handpan, RAV, monochord, kalimbas, harp and many other beautiful instruments.
• Listen to and join in (if you wish) some beautiful chants from around the world for healing and learn the sounds of the chakras.
What to Bring to the All About You One Day Retreat:
• A yoga mat (but one can be provided if you do not have one)
• A packed lunch
Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or connection, this event offers a sanctuary to align with your inner cycles and the greater cycles of nature.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
