If you're just into getting on the cardio equipment, weights machines or maybe just into free weights then that is all there available for you, but at Glasgow Fitness we offer so much more than that! Kettlebells, TRX, Spin, Zumba, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do & Mixed Martial Arts to name but a few! Fitness & Martial Arts Classes for all levels & experiance! Got kids? Great! Enroll them in our Kids Kombat Martial Arts programme and you could be using the gym at the same time, helping get all of you fit!
