See You in Savasana Yoga

Yoga classes based in Neilston!

Suitable for everyone aged 16+. Don't worry if you think you're not fit or flexible, yoga is suitable for everyone regardless or age, shape, size, weight, gender or level of fitness.

We start the class with a short breathing exercise to calm the breath and the mind, move into a range of reclined, seated and standing postures, then enjoy a period of relaxation at the end of class.

I give variations for each pose so you can find a version that suits your body best and I have yoga blocks and straps to use to help you get more comfortable in poses. You don't need to have your own mat, I have mats you can borrow. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around easily in and bring a hoodie or blanket and socks for relaxation.

Timetable:
Monday 11am-12pm: The Bank, 84 Main Street, Neilston
Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm: Masonic Lodge, Main Street, Neilston
Thursday 6.45pm - 7.45pm: The Bank, 84 Main Street, Neilston
Thursday 8pm - 9pm: The Bank, 84 Main Street, Neilston

Maximum class size is 8 people for The Bank and 15 people for the Masonic Hall.
Bookings must be made in advance at Bookwhen.com/seeyouinsavasana and the cost is £5 per class.
