I'm Marta Czyz-Cameron, a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I created Yoga Untangled - Yoga and Massage Therapies in 2017.

When I began my yoga practice in 2007, I was at first interested in the physical aspect of yoga, but soon became aware of its therapeutic properties, where mind and body find harmony through mindfulness in movement. With time I noticed a shift in not only my physical practice but also my day-to-day life off the mat. I was inspired to share this with others and trained as a yoga teacher, and then a Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist.

I teach a variety of yoga classes in Barrhead. My classes are suitable and open to all.

Current timetable:

Monday 11am-12pm CHAIR YOGA (Accessible class for all, gentle practice designed for people with limited mobility) Community class (£2.50/£1 concession) Auchenback Resource Centre

Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm, COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS, beginners + Ongoing, no need to book (£2.50/£1 concession) Dunterlie Resource Centre

Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm, CHAIR YOGA (Accessible class for all, gentle practice designed for people with limited mobility) Community class (£2.50/£1 concession) Dunterlie Resource Centre

Wednesday 7-8pm, SLOW MINDFUL FLOW Suitable for beginners 6 week block, booking essential St Andrew's Church, Barrhead
