About Mearns Kirk Helping Hands: Tai Chi Classes

Join our fun, friendly classes on Monday mornings, 10am to 11am. Led by a fully qualified tutor and suitable for all ages and abilities. £3 per session, pay as you go.

Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise for the body and mind, offering a way to achieve a state of natural relaxation. It promotes stress reduction and improves balance, flexibility and strength.

To book a space, please email hello@mkhelpinghands or phone 07858552767. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

To cover tuition costs a donation of £3 per session is suggested. We may be able to offer some discretionary spaces; please enquire at time of booking.

Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
