Introduction to Wild Swimming for Beginners from a Qualified STA Open Water Swim Coach.

Perfect for people who are really curious about Wild swimming and would like to try in a safe group or for beginners that are keen to continue through the winter months.

We will be in water for about 20 to 30 minutes as long as everyone happy & healthy and will be in shallow waters.

The benefits of cold water swimming are endless and is a real mindfulness exercise:
• Less anxious
• Higher tolerance to stress
• Decreased inflammation
• More focused
• Sense of control
• Boost self esteem
• Sense of Euphoria
