Meditation and Breathwork practices to relax, to quieten the mind, to rest in the beautiful stillness within.

Gong vibrations opening to transcendental experiences, to the potentials of re-connection to the spiritual aspects of the Self for deep healing and transformation.

Practices include:
• meditation - modern and ancient practices
• visualisation
• concentration practices
• practices for stress reduction
• heart-based gratitude practices
• grounding practices to centre
• breathing techniques to journey deeper through the self
• sensing the energy body
• sound and vibration of the gong, entering into the brainwave state of theta for deep healing.

No experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and water, practices can be experienced seated on chairs or on mats on the floor.

Unsuitable for those who are under 16 weeks pregnant and for those with sound induced epilepsy.
