Fatburn Extreme is a 20 minute maximal intensity workout.

This workout is scientifically proven, has received numerous awards and is designed to torch fat and keep your metabolism burning up to 48 hours after your session!

You’ll see better results doing this short workout 2-3 times per week compared to running or cycling for an hour!

This is a weekly class - £4 PP (you do not need to be a member of the gym).

Classes run weekly on Wednesdays @ 6pm and Saturdays @ 11am.

ALL ages and fitness levels welcome - modifier options throughout.
