Our dedicated team of clinically trained fitness experts, located in the gym, are on hand to help support you every step of the way.

When you join Glasgow Giffnock Fitness & Wellbeing Centre you'll experience our unique 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you reach individual fitness goals.

Your journey with us starts with an initial 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. Three months later, after carrying out a personalised gym plan, you'll carry out another Health MOT and if you have not maintained or improved your score you'll be free to leave with no obligation.
