The main aim of the class is to promote fun and enjoyment whilst toning and shaping the body.
Exercises are provided for all levels of ability and fitness, the emphasis is very much on individuals working at their own pace. The class has some aerobic content as well as exercises to develop muscular strength, muscular endurance and motor skills.
If you wish to join us you will be made most welcome. Please wear trainers and bring a mat or towel to lie on.
