About Karen Bryson Pilates
Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for your mind and body that can improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. It helps restore your body to balance. As a result, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You'll achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. And, if you are a sports enthusiast, Pilates can help improve your game.
Pilates can help you:
• improve your posture, health and overall fitness level
• achieve physical goals and challenge your athletic ability
• rehabilitate after injury, surgery or illness
• return your body to movement
• look better, feel better, live better
All classes run in six weekly blocks on ongoing basis.
