Buggyfit is an exercise class that you take with your babies/toddlers. I run the class from my garden, where I have access to weights, bands, shelter (!) and a safe space for the wee ones to run around!
Classes are 1 hour long and incorporate a mix of cardio and conditioning with a main focus on core. All exercises have modifications to suit all levels of ability. The main aim of the class is to get you moving in a confident way and to meet like minded people. You will definitely find a safe space to be yourself and it’s a real laugh!
