A private studio based from home gives an extensive range of commercial fitness equipment. When we do get the weather, we have the choice of enhancing your vitamin D and taking our training into the garden. There we will train you in a variety of bootcamp style drills such as tyre flips, battle ropes, sled pulls and sprinting.

At L-fit our primary focus is results and to accomplish this resistance training will be fundamental. We will work with you to obtain an understanding of the benefits of resistance training and bring clarity on the myths you may have heard about this. Our programming has a circuit element obtaining a fantastic balanced workout that improves strength, cardio and providing a hit of endorphins that leave you pumped and ready for more.You will always be given a full understanding on what you are doing and more importantly why. With programmes particularly tailored to your needs and goals.

We provide private 1:1 or 1:2 coaching providing resistance focused sessions that equip you with the fundamentals to feel confident to take your training to the next level either at the gym or home.
